Refund policy

        ONLINE RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

You may return new items with all the tags attached within 10 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

MISS J. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, is worn or washed, missing tags, exhibits indicators of use for photoshoots or production use only, or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • All items marked as Final Sale, are not able to be returned or exchanged.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper, though it often arrives sooner. This timeframe includes the shipping time for your return to reach us (5–10 business days), our processing time once we receive it (3–5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to complete the refund (5–10 business days). Returns are accepted only if the merchandise is shipped back within 30 days of the purchase date. We are unable to accept returns after this period.

Please note: All swimwear, bodysuit and intimate apparel,  and "Final Sale" items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. Miss J. will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery or the return might not be approved.

Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and Miss J.  reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Miss J. cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials.  Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at Miss J. store or missjboutique.com.  

RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return in accordance with the Miss J. Return Policy, please use our Return Page  to process your return. You may also contact support@missjboutique.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE 

Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

  • The refund is always credited to the original payment method
  • The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
  • The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
  • If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
  • The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN PROCEDURE

Is the International customer responsibility to return the item to Miss J. Boutique if they wish to return it. Miss J. is not responsible for any duties or fees by any government agency that will be charged to return the items to Miss J. Boutique. All fees and duties will be deducted from the refund amount due to the customer. 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.
